Jamison Charles was a godsend! I contacted many mitigation companies and read so many reviews with negative experiences. I felt at a loss and beyond overwhelmed. Jamison Charles never made me feel rushed or like I was just dollar signs for them. Jamison & Owner Nathan answered all questions /calls/info our homeowners adjustor requested etc. The staff that came out to do the initial inspection as well as the staff that did the water and mold mitigation were also very respectful and caring. Both technicians were friendly and kept me informed on what they were doing throughout the whole process of finding the leak and cleaning up afterwards. Mold was found and treated. Machines were left to dry up all the moisture caused by the leak. And, they even assisted in finding a plumber to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
