Our experience with Special Touch was fabulous. We called them in the evening and they were here first thing the next morning (offered to come that night). Nathan and Bailey were awesome. They were fun to talk to and they were both loved by our toddler and dogs. As a mom of young children in a stressful situation I really appreciated how patient and interactive they both were with my toddler son. Had some water damage due to a plumbing accident. The crew came in after hours and immediately got to work. Cody and his crew were nice, hard-working, professional, and honest with my situation. They had already worked hard the day before and came in and worked for a few hours to make sure my situation didn’t get worse. In a panic I called Special Touch and was connected with Nathan. Nathan assured me this was something Special Touch could handle, and his team would come out first thing Monday to address it. Both Ryan and Bailee showed up before 9AM on Monday prepared to remove the surface mold. They determined the cause by doing exploratory work & using various instruments for moisture readings. The entire process took an hour. They were able to clean everything in the closet & spray safe chemicals to prevent future growth. Their professionalism and willingness to answer my 5,000 questions is so appreciated. Furthermore they took me to my attic and gave me some tips on managing the air system so this type of thing would not reoccur. I cannot recommend Special Touch enough-- if you're local to Alabama these guys are who you need when you find yourself in a serious situation with your home or business.
