We had mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation done. The guys that came out and did the estimate were no nonsense and didn't feel the need to bash the other companies, very refreshing. Alohra, In the office was very communicative and thorough with all of her communications through the whole process. The team that did the work, showed up on time every day, were very respectful of the property, and did an excellent job. On the final walk through Ryan and John were extremely courteous, informative and reassuring that if there are any issues they will immediately return to address them personally. The over all experience with this company was one of the best we have had. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this company.

I am so grateful that my phone call was answered on a Sunday afternoon, and Nathen and Tommy were at my home on Monday morning! Talk about quick service! I was quite distressed by our "quick change out" of LVP in our laundry room, which was supposed to be an easy weekend project, until we discovered that the previous owner must have had a large leak under their washer which had caused growth under the tiles. Nathen and Tommy went right to work remediating the problem and had everything under control, leaving me feeling confident that our problem had been dealt with effectively. Highly recommend! Nathan, the owner was very fair in pricing, responsive, and professional. I can breathe easy knowing we were well cared for.

Special Touch Restoration (Josh & John) came out on a last minute weekend call and promptly got to work fixing my water leak. They checked in often, thoroughly resolved the water issue, and cleaned up after themselves. I’m very grateful for their help.

HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Ryan and John were such a pleasure to work with and very personable and nice guys. The whole process from start to finish was as easy for us as they could have possibly made it. We had water damage from a leak in a pipe in the wall, which damaged sheetrock and flooring and they did a great job drying things out and treating our house. They were quick to respond and get started and always showed up on time and did what they said they would do. They answered all of my questions and took their time to make sure everything was done right. There is a reason this company has great reviews! You will not be disappointed in using them for whatever needs you may have!

Highly recommend Special Touch Restoration after our recent experience with a water event. Nathan and Bailey arrived quickly after our initial call. Arrived on a Saturday morning to my recently purchased home to find it covered in 3 inches of water due to a broken supply line to the toilet. Found this company online. They answered the phone immediately, arrived within an hour, and promptly began damage mitigation.
