Comment: I called Special Touch Restoration regarding mold remediation and from the start every person I spoke with was extremely helpful and courteous. The two technicians, Nathan B and Bailee V, did such a professional job that the follow up contractor said he wanted the contact information for the company because he wanted to develop a professional relationship with them in the future. Their work was done quickly and they kept us in the loop about the process every step. My family is very impressed with their service. Thank you Special Touch for all your help.

We had a leak in the bathroom. Ryan and the gang came through with dehumidifiers- a - blazin'! These guys worked like men, carried themselves like men, and done what they said they would in a timely manner. Special touch wasn't pushy through the process with the insurance company and kept me up to date with what was going with ALFA. I highly recommend. Ask for Ryan. These guys are professionals at work for you. Fully transparent, respectful, hard working, and punctual. They show up with everything but super man capes. Heroes during a disaster.

Our church experienced a massive interior water leak, and Special Touch was contacted for services. Nathan answered the call and dispatched a crew within a short amount of time to assess the situation and begin the remediation process. A brief time later more crews arrived as they completed services for other scheduled jobs to join in the restoration process. Water was removed from our church within two hours and they set up their drying equipment immediately to help reduce the water saturation in our walls and floors. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. Each person I spoke to during the process was professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. We have never experienced a situation like this and did not know what to expect. We were advised of the process, all questions were answered, and they assured us that they knew what to do, including working with our insurance company for the pending claim. Everything they advised was accurate and true. Their diligence when submitting their service invoice for us to file with our insurance company was impressive and itemized. Our insurance company conducted an audit with an independent agency using IICRC standards to determine if the services Special Touch were reasonable. Their review almost matched the services performed by Special Touch within such a small variance that our insurance company approved to pay the invoice from Special Touch 100% without any negotiations. This company does what they say they will do, knows what they are doing and without reservation, I would highly recommend their services to everyone. They deserve more than five stars.

Nate and Bailey were absolutely amazing, 10/10! We had a major water leak, and they had everything dried out and cleaned up within just a few days. Super impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they handled everything. We’ll definitely be using Special Touch for any future restoration needs!

Josh and Bailee made a stressful situation so much better! We had a leak that flooded our basement. They came out the day we called and answered all of my questions and were so easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Comment: We had our hot water heater bust. It flooded our house. We called them Monday with an hour they was here and got started. Did an excellent job. Very hard workers!!!! Would recommend them to anyone and most definitely use again if needed

We have never had to utilize a water remediation company before so we were unsure of the whole process that would take place. We called Special Touch and within an hour and a half they were at our home helping us with our water damage. Alohra was awesome on the phone keeping us up-to-date on when the team would arrive. Special Touch handled the packing up, cleaning, & storage of the contents of our entire home due to a house fire. They did a phenomenal job cleaning and taking care of our personal items. Then, when the time came, they meticulously packed it back up and moved it back into our renovated home. Angie and her crew are honest, easy to work with and awesome people! They came out same day to evaluate. Talked me through all of it. Next day technicians brought necessary equipment and set everything up. Very polite and professional. Explaining everything to me. They did a great job and made it so much easier.

Wow what a great company. We had a very small fire on our cruiser and needed clean up and soft goods cleaned. The owner was on our boat to estimate what we needed in 30 minutes. Other vendors said it would take days. Then he had his crew on the boat the next morning and Angie and her crew did a fantastic cleaning job. Jamison brought the ozone machine in a few hours later. 24 hours later they brought our stuff back from cleaning and we were good to go. Boats are different from houses but these folks adapted to our unique need. We cannot state how pleased we are with communication, promptness, speed and effort. This was great work by obviously a great company. Thank you so much to Nathan, Jamison, Angie and all the crew for great work - obviously these are just good people!
