Nathan and his crew did an amazing job taking care of us. We arrived at our lake house late to find a whole lot of flooding coming from the main bath area. From the initial contact, to the quality of work and professionalism (apparently they’ve been doing this for awhile..and it shows), all the way to the job completion...we were definitely impressed (and relieved). I cannot recommend them enough for taking care of us and saving my sanity!

They came within 1 hour of my calling, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and sent a crew back the following day (a Saturday) with more fans and more dehumidifiers, who spent from 8AM to 5PM moving furniture to a safe place and tearing up carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile, taking off baseboards, working in the crawl space, and spraying mold retardant all over. Everyone who works there is not only professional and highly competent, but also very, very nice. I can't think of anything more I might ask for from a firm that deals with the kind of disaster situation that puts their customers under high stress.

Special Touch Restoration was quick to respond and quick to complete the job asked. Quotes were same day; I was most impressed with their work and I appreciate that Nathan would call or text right away when I had any questions. And the work / clean up was beyond what I had expected. If you have any reason or need for water damage restoration services, Special Touch Restoration should be the only place you call. From my experience through out the entire process; they've been helpful with the claim, and responsive.

Really came through when it counted. Super quick to respond. Dylan was awesome and kept me informed through the entire process. Almost every move that was made was recorded in detail and very organized. If you have any water damage, this is the first place you should call.

Special Touch got to us very fast & did an amazing job getting the smoke smell out. Ten women live at our house so they worked with us over a few days getting the job done to accommodate our needs. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration needs.
