Our team responded to a water intrusion caused by a loose tub gasket that allowed water to migrate from the bathroom into the adjacent closet. After identifying the source, we assessed the affected materials, performed necessary extraction, and began structural drying to prevent further damage and potential mold growth.

By directing high‑velocity airflow across the carpet and structural materials, we’re able to remove moisture efficiently and prevent secondary damage.

Applying antimicrobial solution to the exposed concrete and structural materials helps prevent mold growth and ensures the space is properly sanitized before drying and restoration continue.

Our team pulled back the carpet to inspect the padding and subfloor after water migrated from the bathroom into the adjoining closet. Exposing the underlying materials allows us to identify moisture that isn’t visible on the surface and determine the full scope of the intrusion.
