A failure in the shower drain pan caused water to leak beneath the tile and into the subfloor. We addressed the source of the leak, performed moisture mitigation, and repaired the damaged structural components to prevent further deterioration.

Our pack‑out team carefully removed and secured all salvageable contents from the affected area to prevent damage during demolition.
