Our team removed the damaged flooring at the doorway and used moisture detection equipment to identify how far the water traveled. Air movers were placed to pull moisture from the subfloor and surrounding materials, helping stabilize the area after the water damage.

Our team removed the damaged flooring to access the saturated materials beneath. By pulling up the affected layers, we’re able to check for hidden moisture, prevent further deterioration, and prepare the space for proper drying and repairs.

To save the ceiling and avoid a full tear‑out, our team injected targeted drying equipment and drilled small holes to create airflow behind the saturated areas. This method helps pull moisture out of the trapped spaces, speeds up structural drying, and minimizes the amount of demolition needed.

Our team used a thermal imaging camera to scan the kitchen ceiling after the pipe burst. The temperature differences shown on the camera help us identify potential moisture that isn’t visible on the surface.
