Our team responded to a burst hot water supply line on the 4th floor of the hotel, which affected multiple units across several levels. We completed detailed daily logs, moisture monitoring, and water‑mitigation mapping to document all affected areas. Our work included photo documentation, demolition of damaged materials,  pack‑out of contents, and treatment of impacted surfaces with antimicrobial solution.
