Job completed for Madison Park Apts

Completion date: May 13, 2026

Location: Madison, AL

Solutions provided:

Several units were impacted after a tenant left a bathtub running, causing water to migrate through multiple areas. Our team responded by performing moisture meter readings and FLIR infrared imaging to identify all affected materials and hidden moisture pockets. We completed the necessary demolition to remove saturated components, set up air movers to accelerate the drying process, and applied antimicrobial cleaner to help prevent microbial growth. This ensured the property was thoroughly dried, stabilized, and ready for repairs.

With the flooring removed and the area fully exposed, air movers are positioned to create proper airflow across the subfloor, helping accelerate evaporation and preventing microbial growth.
