The customer contacted us after a hailstorm caused damage to their roof, resulting in water leaking into the living room and master bathroom.

Solutions provided:

Our team promptly responded to assess the extent of the water intrusion and hail damage. We performed emergency mitigation, including roof tarp installation to prevent further leaks, and interior water extraction and drying in the affected living room and master bath areas. Moisture mapping and monitoring were conducted to ensure all impacted materials were properly dried. We also provided documentation for insurance purposes and recommended necessary repairs to restore the home to pre-loss condition.
