The customer contacted us after mold (MLD) growth was discovered in the ceiling of their unit, caused by prior water damage in the unit above that had not been properly remediated.

Solutions provided:

Our team conducted a thorough inspection to confirm the presence and extent of mold contamination. We performed professional mold remediation, which included containment of the affected area, removal of contaminated materials, air filtration, and treatment of structural components to eliminate microbial growth. Moisture levels were monitored to ensure the area was fully dried and conditions were returned to safe, pre-loss standards. We also advised on proper repairs to prevent recurrence and coordinated with the unit above to address the original source of moisture.
