The customer contacted us due to sewer water damage originating from the condo unit above, which affected their property and required immediate remediation.

Our team responded promptly to assess the extent of the damage caused by the sewer backup. We performed a Category 3 (black water) cleanup, including extraction of contaminated water, removal of affected materials, and thorough sanitation of all impacted surfaces. Industrial drying and dehumidification equipment was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. The area was restored to a clean, safe, and habitable condition in accordance with IICRC standards.
