Our church experienced a massive interior water leak, and Special Touch was contacted for services. Nathan answered the call and dispatched a crew within a short amount of time to assess the situation and begin the remediation process. A brief time later more crews arrived as they completed services for other scheduled jobs to join in the restoration process. Water was removed from our church within two hours and they set up their drying equipment immediately to help reduce the water saturation in our walls and floors. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. Each person I spoke to during the process was professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. We have never experienced a situation like this and did not know what to expect. We were advised of the process, all questions were answered, and they assured us that they knew what to do, including working with our insurance company for the pending claim. Everything they advised was accurate and true. Their diligence when submitting their service invoice for us to file with our insurance company was impressive and itemized. Our insurance company conducted an audit with an independent agency using IICRC standards to determine if the services Special Touch were reasonable. Their review almost matched the services performed by Special Touch within such a small variance that our insurance company approved to pay the invoice from Special Touch 100% without any negotiations. This company does what they say they will do, knows what they are doing and without reservation, I would highly recommend their services to everyone. They deserve more than five stars.

Thanks to our swift and professional response, the rebuild could begin without a hitch. Special Touch Restoration: turning chaos into calm, one dry unit at a time!

We were contacted by the head of the church late at night due to a busted water pipe having flooded the church. We quickly dispatched a crew of technicians to the site to mitigate the water, stabilizing the loss. We then continued to manipulate the contents within the church in order to efficiently pull up carpet, some areas allowing to be carpet cleaned rather than tore out, and perform flood cuts to allow for drying without disrupting the church's services. Life Gate Baptist Church was amazed by how effectively we were able to dry out the church without disrupting services and provided Special Touch Restoration with a generous amount of gratitude.

Special Touch Restoration sprang into action when Weathers Properties called them about a surprise water feature—thanks to a busted pipe. The team waded into the situation and swiftly extracted the water damage. But wait, there was more! Upon further inspection microbial growth was found lurking, ready to turn the offices into a science experiment. Not on our watch! Our team built containments in each office and treated the affected areas like pros, ensuring no pesky contamination spread. The office were dried out, leaving Weathers Properties all set for the next phase of repair. Quick, efficient, and a little heroic—just another day in the life of Special Touch Restoration!

The management reached out to us due to there being a water damage from defective construction. The pipe broke on the first-floor ceiling, flooding several units within the complex. We diligently worked with the tenants to remove belongings and ensure that the belongings were safe during mitigation, effectively remove flooring and drywall, and fully dry all parts of the structure. Once the dry out had been completed, we continued to restore the property, allowing the tenants to safely move back into the units with a clean and proper bill of health.
